My Story

Our little Chase was diagnosed with cancer (Wilms tumour Stage 2 High Risk) on 9 March 2018. As a family, the devastation and heart break cannot even be described with words.
Chase has been through things that no child should experience but it is what needs to be done to save his life. Despite the beautiful smile that most see, there are many moments of tears, pain and pure fear.
This walk has been created to help with research, treatment and everything that every child needs and deserves to give them the best chance possible at beating this horrible disease.
Cancer doesn’t discriminate on age, culture, religion or financial status. The effects on the person diagnosed and everyone around them is nothing short of heart breaking.
Please help us, help Westmead Oncology.
